	A 60-year old man presented with nonproductive cough of 2 months duration and pleural effusion, that was evacuated and sent for examination (Fig. 1). X-rays revealed focal basal opacities (Fig. 2). CT scan Fig. (Fig. 3) Bronchoscopy was unremarkable.
