	54-year old woman with an cystic tumor of the left ovary. Surgical removal of the uterus and uterine adnexa. Histological diagnosis : "low grade endometrioid carcinoma of the ovary".10 years latter tumor relapse in the pelvis. No difference in the histology of the primary tumor and relapse.
